License to Use: You are granted a license to use these materials for your own internal business purposes.

No Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our proprietary systems for commercial gain.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment Terms: Payment structures for services (VIP Days, Retainers, Formation Packages) are outlined in your specific Client Agreement or Proposal.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital and intellectual nature of our work, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or proprietary documents have been delivered. Specific terms will be outlined in your client contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rooted Legacy Builder Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. You are responsible for the final decisions made for your business entity and operations.
